Shipping Policy

 

All items shipped from Crowned4Zion headquarters in Florida will be shipped through USPS and take approximately 5-10 business days to be delivered after your order has successfully been processed.

 

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase once your order has been shipped.

 

Due to high demand orders please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped

This includes:

 

  • Successful Verification
  • Quality Check
  • & Shipment preparation.

 

 

Crowned4Zion isn’t responsible for any packages once shipped.  Once the tracking number is received by the customer it is then the customer's responsibility to stay upon the tracking updates on www.usps.com. It is also customer's responsibility to make sure all locality credentials are entered correctly at time of purchase including proper Address, City, State, Zip Code, and any apartment/unit/P.O box numbers (if applicable) to prevent packages being sent back to us.  If packages are ever sent back to us , we will attempt to notify the customer and reship within a 7-day period. However, please note customers will have to pay a fee for the package to be shipped back out. If package has been sent back to us and is unclaimed within that 7-day period the customer opts out on their package and will not receive a refund. 

 

On further-note, if  tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local Post Office so that they can track your package down.

 

Crowned4Zion WILL NOT assume responsibility for packages once shipped.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE due to the USPS delivering policy All packages MAY require a signature for confirmation upon delivery.

If order is placed after business hours on any business day, please note that your ordering process will not began until the very next business day (This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, as well as Holidays)

**Meaning if a customer completes an order Friday after 1 P.M EST their order process will not began until that following Monday**
